You’re helping someone get organised
Their plan stays theirs — you’ll see “helping” at the top the whole time, and everything notes who wrote it.
- They’re with me now — we’ll do it togetherThey stay in charge. We’ll ask them directly before anything sensitive is recorded.
- They’ve asked me to set things up for themYou’re working in their plan by invitation. Every change shows who made it.
- They can’t be involved right nowWe’ll record what authority you’re acting under. Caring for someone, or being close to them, does not by itself give authority to record information about them.
If they can take part, they stay in charge — we’ll ask their permission at the right moments. Sensitive things about a person who can decide for themselves need their say-so.
Keep what you’ve startedYour answers are kept on this phone for now. They are only saved to an account when you choose to keep your plan.
